Since a long time ago, medical school in Pakistan has been very expensive and out of reach for most Pakistani students. This is one of the main reasons, for the last 15 years, students from Pakistan have been opting for MBBS Admission in China. Every student is far more worried about how to apply for MBBS abroad than getting the MDCAT results.
Since this is the age of social media and internet, information about anything is easily available, so students should not be worried about applying for any degree course abroad. Here we present some of the simple facts, step by step about how to apply for MBBS admission in China :

Scanned copy of original 10th mark-sheet.
Scanned copy of original 12th mark-sheet.

Scanned copy of original School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate.

2. After you have gathered all the documents mentioned above, then you can choose the medical university in China, you wish to study MBBS. Please note before choosing any medical college to study MBBS in China or abroad, the above-mentioned documents are must submit for the admissions. So students can keep all these documents ready with themselves even before contacting any local agency for getting the admissions in China. This way you will be ahead of all the other students, who are not aware of the fact that these documents can be organized by themselves.
3. After you decide to choose the medical university in China, you would require the following documents to be downloaded for that particular university’s registration process. These documents you can find on our downloads page :
Medical University Form.
Guarantee letter to be signed by the parents or guardian if the student is below 18 years of age.
Campus living contract, signed by the student.
4. After you have collected all the necessary documents mentioned above along with the medical university forms, you can mail us the complete set of these documents at info@chinambbs.org
5. We will verify all your documents and then guide you to pay the initial registration fees for the MBBS admission in China. After you have paid the initial registration fees, we will send you the admission letter from the medical university, which would be a confirmation of your medical seat in China.
6. Within the next 15 working days, we will be applying your documents in the Embassy in China, wherein we will get the student visa documents for the student.
7. The student should send all the original documents submitted as per the list above to our Pakistan office. We will then apply for the student visa in Pakistan, this visa will be for 30 days. The student is requested to submit the remaining registration fees in Pakistan before applying for the visa. The complete process till this step would take around 15 days to 20 days, depending on how soon the student submits all the documents.
8. After the visa is received, we will book the flight ticket for all the students together in one flight. So the same batch of students can travel with their new batch mates in one flight.

Step 2
Check out the documents below required for the applicant to apply for medical university in China :
One passport-size photo
School Leaving Certificate.
MDCAT Qualified mark sheet.
Mark sheet of 11th & 12th standard from the respective board or council of education.
Certificate of 11th & 12th standard from the respective board or council of education.
Scanned copies of your valid passport including the photo page.
Medical Check-up Form to be filled and stamped from the local hospital.
Bank statement of parent or guardian showing the first-year MBBS fee structure in China.
No-criminal record Certificate from the local police station.
All the above documents must be notarized and attested.
Extra-Curricular Activity Certificates (in field of study, sports, volunteer ship, dancing or drama)
Step 3
After you have submitted all the documents, we will carefully assess them and then submit to the Admission Committee for International students of the specific University.
Step 4
To confirm the MBBS seat in the best medical school in China, the student has to pay the application, admission, administrative and processing fees (depending on the University). The application and the processing fee must be paid in advance.
Step 5
The student can send the processing fees to China or in Pakistan, whichever will be earlier. If you wish to send the payment in Pakistan, you can make the payment to our Company bank account in Pakistan. If you wish to make payment in China, then you will have to choose the option of Western Union, which might take longer. Some of the best medical colleges in China for Pakistani students application process will end up by the end of July to August.
Step 6
Once the payment is received, we do all the formalities and send you the Admission Letter to study clinical medicine in China in English in the student’s name from the University within 7 working days. We also process your documents to the Ministry of Education in China for issuance for JW2O2 form that is required by the Chinese Embassy in your country to issue a study visa for the student. The documents will be sent to you by express mail or by FedEx.
Step 7
After these documents are received – Admission Letter, JW2O2 Form (visa form) you can apply for a student visa to your nearest Embassy/Consulate of China in your country. Documents required to apply for the visa:
A valid passport.
Recent passport-size photos as mentioned in the Visa Application Form
Visa Application Form
JW202 Form (Remember to bring the original copy while coming to China)
Admission Letter from the University.
Health Check-up Form / Physical Examination Record
Step 8
Once you receive the visa, please inform us and we will arrange your Airline ticket and let you know the date of your departure from your country.
Most of the time, all the students of the same university of MBBS course in China travel together in the same flight. This also helps the student to interact with their batch mates while traveling from Pakistan.
Step 9
After you reach in China, our CMEI representative will guide you from the Airport to the Medical University of China Hostel. The next day, the representative will help you pay the Admission and Administrative fees in the University, wherein you will be joining the course of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), depending on the university you have chosen.
Step 10
The student will not have any problem because he/she will be guided till the complete process is done by our CMEI representatives. Right from allotting you the hostel rooms, buying you local sim cards, opening a bank account, showing you around the city to buy items for your daily use, and educating you about the rules and regulations to be observed in the University, we do it all.
Step 11
It takes approximately one month, from the time you receive the Admission Letter from us, until your medical student visa is issued from your country.
